[Irish Castle Magic]
March 17, 2021
Greetings!

I hope you enjoy St. Patrick's Day this year! Although it may still be a quiet holiday, we look forward to a more "normal" time in the not-too-distant future.

After a year of adapting while continuing forward, we are moving at perhaps a slower daily pace and we may have come to appreciate some of the simpler pleasures in life.

For those of us who love to travel to Ireland, we are starting to dream again. Our bags will soon be packed and ready.

One of the sites visited by St. Patrick in the fifth century is the historically significant Hill of Tara, located northwest of Dublin, in County Meath.

A 5000 year old passage tomb called the Mound of the Hostages is on the property that became the seat of the high kings of Ireland in the early Christian period.

The beautiful views and fascinating landscapes and monuments make this heritage site a treasure.

I hope you can visit one day.

Enjoy your St. Patrick's Day while celebrating St. Patrick and the Irish.

I hope you are able to visit Ireland soon; it's a gorgeous place with wonderful people. In the meantime, please visit my website for a taste of the Republic and Northern Ireland. You will find tips and advice for booking your trip and photos to enjoy while you wait. I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Sláinte!

All the best,

Patricia
